Refund & Cancellation Policy

Archive Haus Studios

Booking Confirmation

All bookings at Archive Haus are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. By completing a booking, clients agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

Standard Studio & Room Bookings (Hourly Rentals)

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund or credit, at the client’s discretion.
Cancellations made between 48–72 hours before the booking are eligible for a 50% refund or full studio credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

Studio credits may be applied toward a future booking and must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.

Event Bookings & Specialty Experiences

Due to the nature of event preparation, staffing, and scheduling:

All event bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
Cancellations made 7+ days in advance may be eligible for studio credit only, issued at the discretion of Archive Haus.

Production & Full Building Buyouts

Production bookings and full-building buyouts require advance scheduling, calendar blocking, and operational planning.

All production and buyout bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If notice is provided 7+ days in advance, Archive Haus may offer a reschedule or studio credit based on availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking forfeit all payments.

No-Shows & Early Departures

Failure to arrive for a scheduled booking without notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Early departures or unused time do not qualify for partial refunds.

Weather, Illness & Force Majeure

Archive Haus does not issue refunds for weather-related issues, illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies. In rare cases involving force majeure (severe weather events, natural disasters, or building-related closures), studio credit or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Rescheduling

Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on notice and scope.

Final Agreement

By booking with Archive Haus, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
