The Parisian Parlour is our signature experience room — designed for gatherings that feel intentional, cinematic, and beautifully unhurried. Inspired by old-world European salons, this space was created for conversation, celebration, and storytelling. It’s where dinner parties linger, workshops feel intimate, and photographs feel editorial without effort. Unlike traditional event spaces or blank studios, the Parisian Parlour arrives already styled — architectural details, soft diffused light, and curated accents included. You’re not renting square footage; you’re stepping into an atmosphere. This room is best suited for hosts, creatives, and brands who value experience over excess and want their gathering or shoot to feel elevated, thoughtful, and memorable.
Cancellation Policy
THE STUDIO x ARCHIVE HAUS — TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking The Studio x Archive Haus (“Studio”), the Renter agrees to the following: 1. General Use Renter must be 18 years or older and present valid photo ID at check-in. Studio access is permitted only during booked hours; setup and teardown must occur within that timeframe. The Studio reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if any rules are violated. 2. Liability Waiver Renter acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests. The Studio x Archive Haus, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while on the premises. 3. Insurance & Indemnity Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Studio x Archive Haus and property owners from any claims or damages arising from their use. For events or productions with more than 10 people, Renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming The Studio x Archive Haus as additional insured. 4. Property Care No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls without written approval. All equipment, decor, and furniture must be returned to original placement. Any damage will be billed at replacement cost. 5. Alcohol, Fire, and Safety Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing and proof of Liquor Liability Insurance is provided. Candles, smoke machines, glitter, confetti, or open flames are not permitted without prior authorization. 6. Security Deposit A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all event rentals; refundable within 5 business days after inspection. 7. Cancellations Cancellations within 72 hours of booking forfeit 50% of the rental fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Client agrees to allow the Studio to hold a copy of their card on file for any incidentals incurred - in lieu of a deposit. 8. Filming & Content Use The Studio reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes footage or tagged content for promotional purposes unless Renter opts out in writing. 9. Incident Reporting Any injury or property damage must be reported immediately to management. A written incident form will be required within 24 hours.
