The Red Room features flexible floor space for lighting setups, curated vintage accents, and a visually striking primary shooting wall that anchors the entire environment. Whether you're capturing an album cover, filming a moody interview, creating stylized social content, or building a concept-driven shoot, this room offers a ready-made world you can step directly into. Located inside Archive Haus Studios in the heart of the Denton Square, the Red Room provides creators with a controlled, visually immersive environment that elevates any project — bold, atmospheric, and unlike anything else in the area.
Cancellation Policy
THE STUDIO x ARCHIVE HAUS — TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking The Studio x Archive Haus (“Studio”), the Renter agrees to the following: 1. General Use Renter must be 18 years or older and present valid photo ID at check-in. Studio access is permitted only during booked hours; setup and teardown must occur within that timeframe. The Studio reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if any rules are violated. 2. Liability Waiver Renter acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests. The Studio x Archive Haus, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while on the premises. 3. Insurance & Indemnity Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Studio x Archive Haus and property owners from any claims or damages arising from their use. For events or productions with more than 10 people, Renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming The Studio x Archive Haus as additional insured. 4. Property Care No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls without written approval. All equipment, decor, and furniture must be returned to original placement. Any damage will be billed at replacement cost. 5. Alcohol, Fire, and Safety Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing and proof of Liquor Liability Insurance is provided. Candles, smoke machines, glitter, confetti, or open flames are not permitted without prior authorization. 6. Security Deposit A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all event rentals; refundable within 5 business days after inspection. 7. Cancellations Cancellations within 72 hours of booking forfeit 50% of the rental fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Client agrees to allow the Studio to hold a copy of their card on file for any incidentals incurred - in lieu of a deposit. 8. Filming & Content Use The Studio reserves the right to use behind-the-scenes footage or tagged content for promotional purposes unless Renter opts out in writing. 9. Incident Reporting Any injury or property damage must be reported immediately to management. A written incident form will be required within 24 hours.
